Donations from Individuals
When someone passes away or receives a new prosthesis or orthosis, P.O.C.C. is a way for the old devices to be used to help people without resources for these items. Your contribution is tax deductible. You and your CPA are responsible for determining the value of the donation for tax purposes.
Upon receipt of your donation, MedShare will send you a tax donation letter acknowledging your contribution.

In order for you to receive the proper acknowledgement of your donation, you must include your name and address on the outside of the box as the shipper. If you have additional information to share, please write on the outside of the box "See letter included" so that the volunteers will be alerted to find the additional information.
